When in Dumaguete: Try 2 Story Kitchen

I'm not really a fan of korean cuisine but since my childhood year I am a noodles lover. -)

Early evening me and my wife try to explore some of the new food place in Dumaguete. This time we choose The 2 Story Kitchen. Located just in the heart of the city. Its just a stone throw away from department stores in the city.

2 Story Kitchen is owned and managed by Koreans of course.

They have a perfect ambiance for a couple dinner date with a korean inspired art interior, feels like your in Korea. Even though I haven't gone to Korea. hehehe                                                              

                                       Anyway this is just some of the restaurant interior design. A well maintained and ordered establishment.

We look for a good place inside the restaurant and we decided to be here in the second floor of the place. A comfortable place with all the curtains of beads and a double dicker table that you can choose either you can have it down stairs or up. In addition with the comfortable pillow while waiting for your order.

       WE took pictures while waiting for our other order. We ordered Chicken Cordon Bleu and the best seller soup Shin Noodles, a spicy ramen soup with egg together with korean soju traditional alcoholic drinks.

During rainy days hot spicy shin noodles could really help you warm the coldness outside. Noodle with Kimchi. Great!

Your must be in a korean floor sitting position where your going to sit cross legs, at first its not that comfy but you will get relax later on. Just imagine your visiting in a traditional korean house.

                       We are now good to go after taking our dinner at 2 story kitchen. You don't need to order much. What is important is that you order the food that you afford to eat not just for the sake of ordering menus and afterwards ending up waste.








For a budget couple date, you can still have it at 2 story kitchen, With Chicken cordon bleu and shin noodles with kimchi and sujo your tummy will be full. Shin noodles actually can be good for two. Anyway we just have a regular appetite so its good for us already.

After our early dinner, we have witnessed the sunset at Rizal Boulevard before going home.
